  • lives in her head and struggles to drop into the moment

  • notices she checks out during intimacy or pleasure

  • feels numb, rushed, or like she’s “doing it right” instead of feeling it

  • deeply desires to feel more… but doesn’t know how

Most women don’t struggle with pleasure…

They struggle with being in their body long enough to feel it.

So the mind takes over.

The body disconnects.

And pleasure becomes something we perform… not something we receive.

WHAT THIS MASTERCLASS IS

This is a 2-hour guided embodied experience designed to bring you out of your head and back into your body.

This is experiential.

You will be guided into your body through:

  • slow, intentional movement

  • embodied breathwork

  • sensation-based practices

  • nervous system safety

  • connection to your own pleasure

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Inside this space, you’ll begin to:

• feel your body in a deeper, more present way

• soften the patterns that cause disconnection

• start to understand why you check out during pleasure

• reconnect to sensation without pressure or performance

• build safety in your body to receive.

And most importantly…

You’ll start to experience what it feels like to feel pleasure as yours, in your body.

is the foundation for how you experience it with another.

When you can feel yourself

  • you can communicate your needs

  • you can stay present

  • you can receive more

  • you can deepen intimacy

Please wear something you feel comfortable moving in.

This is a safe, guided, women-only space.

No experience needed. You don’t need to be “good” at movement or breathwork.

You just need a body…

and a willingness to meet it.

Preparing your space

My invitation for you is to treat this as a ritual.

Create a space where you feel safe, uninterrupted, and able to fully drop in.

• Light a candle or some incense

• Wear something you feel comfortable moving in

• Use headphones if you can

• Be in a private space where you won’t be overheard or distracted

This is your time.

A moment to come back to yourself.

A few gentle guidelines

• Try not to eat at least an hour before the session, as we will be moving

• This practice will include both movement and breathwork

• There is no right or wrong way to do this — your body leads

If you are feeling dysregulated or moving through a particularly high-stress time, my invitation is to meet the breathwork softly.

You can simply breathe in and out through the nose, slowly and gently.

I’ll guide you through everything on the call.

I’ll be sharing more in the next email to support you in arriving fully into this experience.
